Done Graduation in Year 1977, Started his First Experience in Polymer Business, Mr Sharma has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of petrochemical products. Steered the group’s diversification into polymer compounds and specialty chemical additives for rubbers & Plastics. Provides strategic direction and guidance to all the activities of the company.
Done Graduation in Year 2000, 8 years’ experience in the field of Chemical and Petrochemicals Products. He is actively involved in day-to-day working, financial and strategic decision making of the Company. Under his guidance and with his efforts and dedication, the Company has been able to achieve new heights and its present stature. He is acting as Director on Boards of Company.
Mrs. Poonam Dhingra is a dynamic women director of the Company. She is Law and Commerce Graduate from Delhi University. She has knowledge and experience in legal and business administration.
Done In 1997 ,Post Graduation Diplome in Business Adminstration . He has an experience of over 25 years in the field of Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Project Management and Business Development. He is acting as Director on Boards of Company.
Done Graduation in Year 2012, 7 years’ experience in the field of Chemical and Petrochemicals Products. He is actively involved in day-to-day working, Admistrative Decision making of the Company. Under his guidance and with his efforts and dedication, the Company has been able to achieve new heights and its present stature. He is acting as Director on Boards of Company.
Mr. Ishan Mudgal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in the field of finance and taxation. He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has rich experience in managing financial statements, statutory compliances, audit, taxation and budgeting. The knowledge and experience held by Mr. Ishan Mudgal will be beneficial in the interest of the Company. He has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Ms. Jyoti Pulyani is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from Nagpur University. She has knowledge and experience in Corporate & Secretarial matters.
